• Saturday, 22 May: Participants arrive at the car park, then drive to the hotel using the roadbook. CHECK-IN and technical inspection from 12:00 to 18:00, followed by a prologue or special stage
• Sunday: Stage 1
• Monday: Stage 2
• Tuesday: Stage 3
• Wednesday: Stage 4
• Thursday: Stage 5 + award ceremony
• Friday: Breakfast, then journey home

Along the stages there are a wide variety of special stages, with or without vehicles, that you have to complete.

MEDIUM to HARD – but driveable and winchable!

The Transsylvania-Trophy can be completed by everyone without damage, in good weather, with near-standard vehicles that meet the specifications named in the rules, with team spirit and with the help of the mandatory equipment. It is suitable for beginners and advanced drivers alike. This is the foundation of the Transsylvania-Trophy! However, as it takes place in natural terrain, the terrain can change at any time due to a wide range of environmental influences. All routes that the participants will drive have already been driven with vehicles. If a section is too difficult for a team, there will always be a way to bypass this difficult section.

The entry fee includes the complete organisation and running of the Transsylvania-Trophy, permits, roadbooks and, where applicable, maps, rental fee for the GPS logger, 6 x breakfast, 5 x lunch in the field, 6 x dinner, 6 x overnight stays in the hotel, accommodation in a double room with toilet and shower, an award ceremony with certificates and trophies with prizes worth several thousand euros for the first 3 places, a parking space for car and trailer, support with everything you need, paramedics, stickers, T-shirts, programme information and much more.

For vehicles that do not meet the regular rules, we will create a separate group (open class) with its own scoring, which will drive at a different time or on a different day from the other group so that the two groups do not get in each other's way.

Official registration opens on 10 October 2026 at 00:01 on our website www.transsylvania-trophy.com.

The final registration deadline is 31 March 2027, or earlier if the maximum number of participants is reached.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone without giving reasons.

The entry fee is €2,700 per vehicle including 2 people and including the services listed above. Each additional person in the vehicle costs €1,350.

A deposit of €2,000 per vehicle must be transferred immediately upon registration. Your place is only reserved and booked once the transfer has been made. The remaining amount must be transferred by 28 February 2027.

By transferring the entry fee, participants accept our rules and the terms of participation.

We expressly recommend that every participant take out travel insurance and/or accident insurance!

If the minimum number of participants is not reached or the event is cancelled in advance, the entire entry fee paid will be refunded.

If an event that has already started is stopped for safety reasons, because of adverse conditions, in cases of force majeure or if the event organisers are unable to continue during the event, there is no right to a refund of the entry fee. The same applies to participants who are excluded from the event or drop out during it.

If the participant cancels within 31 days of registration / payment, the entire entry fee will be refunded. If the participant cancels by 15 February at the latest, 50% of the entry fee paid will be refunded. For cancellations after this date, the entry fee will not be refunded.

Unfortunately, single rooms cannot be booked in advance! If rooms are still available after the registration deadline, single rooms can be booked.

If a team chooses a room for four (4 people in one room), €500 will be deducted from the entry fee.
